Submission Instructions

• The paper submissions can be made using the Microsoft CMT Portal.

• Paper formatting is needed after acceptance using the following TEMPLATE for CRC.

Presentation Instructions

• The maximum duration of your speech is 12 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
• You may submit a pre-recorded video as a backup for unexpected situations (optional).
• Each speaker is required to prepare and submit their presentation slides.
• For your presentation, please use the ICSSB25 PowerPoint template for the first slide, ensuring consistency across all talks. You may customize the title, author names, and affiliations, but all other elements should remain unchanged. You are free to use your own style for subsequent slides.

✅ E-Poster (optional)
✅ Formatting of the Camera Ready Paper (for full paper publication)
