AUTHOR INFORMATION:
Author Registration Deadline: July 15, 2025
ICSSB 2025 is a hybrid conference; all accepted papers must be presented physically or online.
Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one Author registration.
Any co-author may present the paper, provided the paper is registered for the conference.
By default, the presenter is considered to be the author who registers under the Author category.
For scheduling purposes, any changes in the presenter must be communicated to the Conference Chair in advance.
Registration transfers are allowed until August 01, 2025. To request a transfer, please contact alghazo@crk.umn.edu. Please note that all papers associated with the original registration must remain covered by a valid Author registration.
- At least one author per paper must register at the full Author rate.
- Non-author cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing by July 1, 2025.
Please email alghazo@crk.umn.edu to request a cancellation. - Author refund requests must be submitted in writing by June 10, 2025.
- A $150 cancellation fee (per registration) will be applied to any cancellation request.
Requests received after the above deadlines will not be eligible for a refund.
